Getting started is easier than you think. From choosing a destination to being online, here’s how it works.
Choose your destination
Start on the homepage. Type in where you’re headed, hit “Continue,” and you’re off. Then choose what fits your trip: a Fixed Plan with a set amount of data, or Unlimited for more freedom throughout your stay. No clutter, no noise. Just pick your plan and go.

Pick the one that works for your trip. Two ways to stay connected. Your call.
Fixed Plan
A set amount of data for a set number of days, like 10 GB for 30 days. Use it at your own pace. Once it’s gone, your connection stops. No surprise fees, no throttling. Top up whenever you need more.
Unlimited Plan
Unlimited data for the number of days you choose. Each day starts with 2 GB of high-speed data. After that, you’ll stay connected at 1 Mbps until your daily data refreshes the next day.

Now that you’ve picked your plan, it’s time to choose how much you need. For Fixed plans, select your data. For Unlimited, simply choose the number of days.
It all depends on how you’ll use the internet while traveling. Navigating the city, streaming your favorite shows, video calling, or just staying connected.
Need flexibility? The Fixed Plan lets you top up anytime. Starting with a smaller amount is always an option. You can always add more if you need it.
Install your eSIM
Made your choices? Add your eSIM to the cart and complete your purchase using your preferred payment method. Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive two emails:
1. Your order confirmation
2. Your eSIM, ready to install with one click.
Once the second email arrives, getting online is easy. Just follow the one-click installation for Apple or Android. If you prefer a visual guide, you can also watch one of the videos below. Follow the steps and voilà, you’re online.

Usage Unfolded.
In the email with your eSIM, you’ll find a button to your eSIM portal where you can check your usage anytime. When your data reaches 50%, 20%, or 10%, we’ll send you a reminder of your remaining balance via SMS and email. If your plan supports top-ups, you’ll also see the available top-up options right in the portal.
Good to Know
- Install the eSIM on the device you’ll be using at your destination. Once installed, it cannot be transferred to another device, so keep it on the same device for the duration of your trip.
- You can pre-install your eSIM up to 180 days in advance with a Fixed Plan or up to 30 days for a Unlimited Plan. Make sure to install it before the date shown in your second email with your eSIM.
- To install your eSIM, you need an internet connection, either Wi-Fi or cellular data. For a smooth arrival, it’s best to get it ready before you travel.
- Your plan starts the moment your eSIM connects to a network at your destination. No need to pick a start date. It lasts for the number of days you selected.
- Want to start the plan a few days after arrival? Turn off the eSIM before arriving in the destination country. This prevents the plan from starting automatically. Once activated, it cannot be paused or stopped.
