We’ll take it from here

Getting started is easier than you think. From picking a destination to getting online, here’s how it works.

Search your destination

Start by searching for your destination on the homepage and hit Continue.

On the next screen, choose between the two options shown below. Select the one that fits your travel style and you’re one step closer to getting connected.

Single Country

Perfect if you’re staying within one country.

Regional Pass

Ideal for country hoppers. Covers multiple countries across a region, including the country you searched for.

Choose your plan type

Now choose the plan that fits your trip best. We offer two options, each with its own benefits. You decide what matches your travel and data needs.

Fixed Plan

Get a set amount of data that stays active for a fixed number of days.

For example: 10 GB for 30 days.

Use your data at your own pace. When the full amount is used, your connection stops. You can resume by topping up through your dashboard or the link in the email we send you. There is no reduced speed once the data runs out. The connection will only resume after a top-up.

Daily Plan

Receive a set amount of data each day for as many days as you choose.

For example: 2 GB per day for 10 days.

Your daily data refreshes every 24 hours. If you use your daily amount early, the connection continues at a significantly reduced speed. This is enough for basic messaging but limited for most online use. The next day, your data resets to full speed.

Daily plans cannot be topped up during the day, so be sure to choose the amount that suits your needs.

Choose data amount

Once you have selected your plan type it is time to decide how much data you need.

This depends on how you plan to use the internet while traveling, whether for navigating, streaming, video calling, or simply staying connected.

For flexibility, the Fixed Plan lets you top up anytime. Starting with a smaller amount is always an option.

Set up your eSIM

Made your choices? Add your eSIM to the cart and complete your purchase using your preferred payment method. Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive two emails:

1. Your order confirmation

2. A personal installation guide

The personal installation guide can be forwarded if needed, but the eSIM must be installed on the device intended for use at the destination. eSIMs cannot be deleted and reinstalled, so it should remain on the same device until the trip is complete.

Below are two videos, one for Apple devices and one for Android, showing the installation process step by step. The timing may vary slightly depending on the device, but the process is simple and easy to follow.

Each video begins with the most common installation method, followed by a few alternatives in case the first option is not supported on the device. In most cases, the first method will be enough. Now, head to the device that will be used at your destination to install the eSIM, or start by watching one of the videos below.

Good to Know

  • Pre-install your eSIM up to 180 days in advance with a Fixed Plan or up to 30 days for a Daily Plan. Be sure to install it before the date shown in your personal installation guide email.
  • To install your eSIM, you need an internet connection, either Wi-Fi or cellular data. For a smooth arrival, it is best to prepare before you travel.
  • Your plan begins the moment your eSIM connects to a network at your destination. There is no need to choose a start date. It lasts for the number of days you selected.
  • Want to start your plan after you arrive? Just make sure to keep your eSIM turned off before you arrive and until you are ready. This prevents it from connecting automatically upon arrival and starting your plan, which cannot be paused or stopped once activated.

Data Used. Days Left. Know It All.

Usage Unfolded.

You’ll find a link in your email to check your usage at any time. When your eSIM activates upon arrival, you will also receive an SMS with the same link for quick access on the go.
